Job Title: CMM Inspector – Gosport

Role Overview:

Program, set and run CMM’s to deliver high-precision components for aerospace, defence, automotive, energy and robotics customers.

You will work with machinists and quality managers to ensure that the parts for our customers are fully conforming. Working as a team to maximise the output of the inspection department.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who takes pride in tight tolerances, clean setups, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program, simulate and optimise CMM programs
• Identify any non-conformances before they reach the customer
• Design and improve fixturing strategies
• Maintain high quality standards and ensure first-time-right manufacturing
• Work with upper management to streamline the inspection process
• Oversee inspection asset calibration and maintenance

Required Skills:

• Strong CMM programming experience
• Experience in PC-DMIS
• Proven ability to inspect tight tolerances (±0.01mm and below where required)
