We are looking for a high-agency operator to build and own health, safety and environmental performance across Isembard’s distributed network of owned and franchised factories.
You will design and implement the operating system for health and safety across the network — establishing standards, processes, audit mechanisms and continuous improvement systems that enable rapid scaling without compromising safety.
This role is about building a world-class safety culture and management framework that can scale globally across owned and franchisee-operated sites.
You will work cross-functionally with operations, franchise, software and leadership teams to embed health and safety into the fabric of how Isembard operates.
