We are looking for a high-ownership Material Handler to support physical order flow across Isembard’s factory operations.
This is not a generic warehouse role. You will be responsible for making sure materials, parts, shipments, documentation, and system updates move cleanly through the factory. That means tracking orders and material in MasonOS, receiving shipments, packaging finished parts, coordinating outbound shipping, supporting traceability, and helping with the operational work required to keep a fast-moving factory running.
The right person is organized, reliable, hard-working, and clear in communication. You should care about details, move with urgency, and take ownership of the physical flow of work through the factory. In a precision manufacturing environment, shipping and receiving are not “just boxes.” Materials, labels, certs, packaging, traceability, and timing all matter.
This role is a strong fit for someone with warehouse, logistics, shipping, receiving, military supply, FedEx, UPS, Amazon, or manufacturing material handling experience who wants to work in a startup factory environment where no job is too small.
