Role Overview:

You are the last honest measurement between the machine and the customer. Dallas ships precision components into aerospace, defense, and energy programs. Your job is to make sure every feature that matters is verified, documented and dispositioned — without becoming the bottleneck that kills flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect parts entering QC after Cleaning
• Perform visual and dimensional checks
• Use the right inspection tooling
• Read drawings and part requirements
• Update MasonOS and FlatBOM
• Disposition rework and nonconforming parts
• Help improve QC systems and SOPs
• Strengthen cross-functional handoffs
• Drive measurable process improvements
• Take ownership in a fast-moving factory
